# ClipFactory · free beta evaluation permission

This beta build is supplied free of charge for evaluation. You may install and use its proprietary application components to create and export videos. This permission does not transfer ownership of the ClipFactory product or grant permission to present its proprietary application components or branding as your own product. Redistribution or resale of proprietary components requires permission, except where applicable law grants otherwise.

Your supplied content remains yours. You may use footage created by the original scene generators in exported videos, including commercial videos. That permission does not grant rights over third-party content you import. Check your rights to imported footage, music, voices and scripts before publishing. AI output can contain errors or resemble other work; no exclusivity, accuracy, monetisation or income is guaranteed.

**Third-party rights take precedence for third-party components.** This permission does not restrict rights granted by GPL, LGPL, Apache, MIT, BSD, PSF, SIL OFL or other applicable licences, including lawful copying, replacement, modification and reverse engineering needed to exercise those rights. The separately supplied speech adapter source is explicitly GPL-3.0-or-later. See THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md and the component licence files.

The beta has no fee, automatic paid conversion or payment authorisation. Any future paid offering requires separate terms and explicit purchase. No ongoing cloud processing, compatibility with every Windows computer or perpetual support is promised. Nothing here excludes mandatory legal rights.
